Wheel Lock
Security Key
Looking at the car wheels, if one of the lug nuts is different, that is likely a security lug nut.
The key to that security lug nut will be needed to remove the flat tire and install the spare tire.
While waiting for Roadside Assistance to arrive, please find the security key.
It looks like this :
A wheel lock security key is a metal cylinder about 2 inches long and roughly an inch across. It may be in the glovebox, in the storage space under the center arm rest or occasionally in the trunk near the spare tire.
If the key cannot be found, Roadside Assistance may be able to remove the security lug nut. There is a fee, and the security lug nut will likely be damaged. Please try to find it ~ Thank you.
