So which batteries will Auto Zone and O’Rielly’s likely not install ?
You will have to ask them, but generally speaking they don’t like to install batteries that are physically difficult to access . . . so if you lift your hood and can see the battery then they probably will install it.
If the battery is not in the engine compartment then likely they WILL NOT install it. You’ll have to ask them.
Also some cars may require special programming tools to ‘ tell ‘ the car a new battery has been installed. They may not want to install batteries into those cars either. You’ll have to ask . . . smart thing is to call them before you even get there.
Note ~ we install batteries too ~ which is particularly helpful if the battery died at home or work and you’re not comfortable driving it.
